Day 1. Sunday

Ok folks. We arrived, we checked in and we went through everything at orientation quickly.

Girls are happily settled in Site 8. Met other girl troops. Pretty smooth Sunday.

Made it to assembly on time but were at end of line for dinner.  Lots of waiting at camp but the girls don't seem to mind. All in high spirits. Happy to be here, eager to show off their scout skills.
Sat front row center for campfire. Seemed to really get into it.

Shifted some girls schedules to satisfy requests, everyone got the changes they wanted.

Girls are off at their first merit badge now. History in the making.  30 girls here this week. Only 3 week one and 14 week two.

Nice girls in the Florida troops we share with.

Breakfast went great. We went in 3rd troop. French toast and sausage. As much as you want, self serve style. That's new last year and seemed to work well. Even let Zoe and Sarah have coffee.
