Wednesday night/ Thursday morning
Beautiful day at camp today. Woke to a smattering of rain which dissipated quickly. Afterwards the clouds rolled out and the sun came out. What a great day to be in the N GA mountains. Today all the troop that did not go on the river trips will be doing the off-site portion of the Horsemanship MB. Mr. Bower, our private photographer accompanied the girls and took pictures in the horses. Those pictures to follow. The girls can back tired but smiling and said it was fun. No slow motion bus ride today, all the vehicles in good shape. For the few girls still in camp, their afternoon classes began. Zoe knocked out the whole two hour class assignment of knots in 10 minutes at Pioneering Ang got released early. Several leaders and Zoe then went to waterfront to watch/harass Sarah at sailing. Have some pictures there. But the big thrill that the off-site girls missed was the arrival of the life flight helicopter and Union County Fire vehicles. The youth got to...
